Not unless you’re thinking about TED – and that’s exactly what those three letters in the name of the popular lectures mean. This website has a few amazing playlists – and one of my favorites to play when lying in bed after a tough day is the Happy playlist. It's not a place where anyone would tell you to just try and lighten up! and be more positive!, which sometimes can be more annoying than helpful. One of my favorite out of the list is also the shortest one. Dr. Laura Trice, in just under three minutes, is talking about how important it is to be thankful - and how that can change you. The words thank you - and actually feeling that way - can, and will, make you happier, she believes.
Watch it - it gives food for thought.
